Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Rotary Rig Operator to work on a major piling project in Essex.
This role is on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor delivering complex piling, ground engineering, and foundation packages across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on technically demanding projects.
You will be responsible for operating a rotary rig and drilling casings to depths of up to 30 metres, ensuring all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
Operating a rotary piling rig safely and efficiently
Drilling casings to depths of up to 30 metres
Carrying out rotary drilling operations in accordance with project requirements
Working closely with the piling crew and site management
Monitoring rig performance and carrying out daily checks
Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
