Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to work on a major construction project in Brighton, West Sussex.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental management across large-scale construction projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across site welfare facilities, ensuring communal areas are clean, hygienic, and well maintained throughout the project.
Duties Will Include:
- Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities
- Cleaning toilets, canteens, drying rooms, offices, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and managing general waste
- Replenishing cleaning and welfare supplies when required
- Keeping welfare areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
- Reporting any maintenance issues or shortages to site management
- Supporting general site housekeeping duties when required
- Working safely around an active construction environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site
