Foundation Personnel Limited are currently recruiting for experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our team for an immediate starts on a project in Gravesend. The ideal candidate will possess a SSSTS, CSCS Gold Card and be heavily experienced in Bulk Earthmoving operations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in Bulk Excavations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of earthworks operations on site.
- Supervise a team of operators and laborers to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure project timelines and targets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and report to higher management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Earthworks Site Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of Earthworks, Excavations, Groundworks & Soil Stabilization Techniques
- Valid UK drivers License
- SSSTS (Minimum)
- A Safety Critical Medical
- CSCS Gold Card
- Plant CPCS or NPORS W / CSCS Hologram (Advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong Understanding of Health & Safety & it’s best practices.
Candidates must be able to provide two references.
