Site Supervisor
Position: Site Supervisor – Civils
Location: Edmonton, London
Project: District Heating Infrastructure
Hours: 07:30–17:30 or 08:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Duration: Long-term (Approx. 2 years)
Salary or Pay Rate: Competitive – DOE
Requirements:
- SSSTS
- Valid Driving Licence
Beneficial:
- Streetworks
- Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) or Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
- Previous district heating experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day civils activities on district heating projects
- Leading gangs installing heating pipework and associated infrastructure
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with programme
- Coordinating labour, plant, and materials on site
- Supporting site management with RAMS, permits, and H&S compliance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within civils or utilities
- Strong track record managing site teams and subcontractors
- Experience in district heating or pipeline works preferred
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
