Position: Site Manager
Location: Leicester
Project: Solar Farm
Duration: 6 months
Salary or Pay Rate: £300
Requirements: SMSTS, First Aid
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities across all civil packages
- Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical information
- Produce and manage short-term programmes and lookaheads
- Monitor progress and report updates to senior management
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety inspections
- Ensure quality standards and site documentation are maintained
- Liaise with clients, engineers and project stakeholders
- Drive productivity and maintain high site standards throughout the project
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
