About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Pipelayer for a long-term civils project based in Burgess Hill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and laying drainage pipes to specification on a busy civils project
- Carrying out deep drainage works up to 3.5m deep
- Working in and around pre-existing manholes and drainage systems
- Assisting with the installation of chambers, pipe runs, and associated drainage infrastructure
- Working safely within trench boxes and shoring systems
- Reading and working from site drawings, levels, and laser equipment
- Collaborating closely with machine operators, groundworkers, and supervisors as part of an established drainage gang
- Ensuring pipework is laid accurately with correct line and level
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times in accordance with site regulations
- Supporting general groundworks and drainage operations when required
This role is ideal for an experienced pipelayer with a strong background in deep drainage and civils works who is confident working in challenging environments and as part of a productive site team.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
