Labourer
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Labourer to work on a civils project in Lutterworth.
This role is on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering infrastructure and groundwork projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record across major schemes.
You will be responsible for supporting the site team with general duties and assisting groundworkers to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
General site maintenance and housekeeping
Assisting groundworkers with daily tasks
Moving materials around site
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Supporting site supervisors and management
