Job Description:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join a busy civils company supporting their team. This role focuses on making good and basic carpentry tasks across various construction sites. You will play a key part in ensuring work areas are finished to a high standard following groundwork and structural operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out making good works including patch repairs, finishing, and general site tidying
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as shuttering adjustments, framing, and minor timber works
- Assist site teams in maintaining quality finishes around foundation and civils projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Own tools (essential)
- Proven experience in handyman work, making good, and basic carpentry
- Good understanding of construction site practices
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
