Hours: 07:30 – 18:00

- Concrete Experience (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Groundworker to work on a project in Thickthorn, Norwich.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for supporting concrete operations and carrying out groundwork duties on site.
Duties Will Include:
- Supporting concrete operations on site
- Preparing areas for concrete pours and finishing works
- Assisting with formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement
- Working alongside plant operators and site supervisors
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
- Supporting general groundwork and site duties as required
- Following site drawings and instructions accurately
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
