About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a civils company carrying out maintenance works across a range of projects. This role will involve supporting site teams in ensuring ongoing upkeep, repairs, and general maintenance duties are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance works on civils sites
- Assist with minor repairs, reinstatement, and upkeep of site areas
- Support skilled trades and site teams as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to required standards
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role within civils or construction
- Good understanding of site maintenance and basic repair tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good awareness of health and safety on site
