are currently recruiting for an experienced a GPS Dozer Operator for a project based in Aylesbury. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a busy bulk earthworks scheme.

Role & Responsibilities:
this role will see you working on a new build site carrying out precise earthworks using machine control. You’ll be using GPS to follow site models and plans, helping you hit levels, gradients, and formations accurately without relying on traditional setting out.
You’ll be responsible for bulk earthworks, grading, and levelling to spec, working closely with engineers to make sure everything is in line with the design. We’ll expect you to take pride in your machine too — carrying out daily checks, keeping it clean and well maintained, and operating safely around other plant and site teams.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS
- Proven experience operating a Dozer with GPS
- Strong background in Bulk Earthworks
- Ability to work independently and follow site plans accurately
- Good understanding of health & safety on site
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
