Hours: 07:30 – 18:00 (subject to site requirements)
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
CPCS / NPORS Rig Operator Ticket (Essential)
CFA Piling Experience (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Rig Operator to work on a CFA piling project in Gatwick.
This role is on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor delivering complex piling, ground engineering, and foundation packages across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on technically demanding groundwork schemes.
You will be responsible for operating piling rigs safely and efficiently while supporting the site team in delivering CFA piling works to programme and specification.
Duties Will Include:
Operating piling rigs on CFA works
Carrying out piling operations safely and efficiently
Working closely with the piling crew and site management
Monitoring equipment performance and daily machine checks
Following lift plans and site instructions
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
