Our story in the US

Foundation Personnel Inc was created to deliver a stronger, more global solution for the clients we already support.

We began laying the foundations for the US division in June 2024, following key client relationships into the American market. We launched fully in January 2025, building a focused US team and a platform designed around the candidate experience.

Today, we are continuing to grow our presence across the US with a clear focus: permanent hiring, white collar talent, and infrastructure led markets.
