Position: Wheeled Loading Shovel Operator
Location: Peterborough
Project: Aggregates
Hours: 5AM to 3PM
Duration: 4 weeks
Salary or Pay Rate: £21 PH
Foundation Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Wheeled Loading Shovel Operator to start immediately on a busy site. This is a 4-week contract, ideal for a reliable and skilled operator who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of a Wheeled Loading Shovel
- Loading materials, stockpiling, and general site duties
- Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working closely with site management and other plant operators
- Adhering to all site health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Wheeled Loading Shovel ticket
- Proven experience operating loading shovels in a quarry or similar environment
- Good understanding of site safety and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Advantageous:
- Quarry Passport
- MP Connect Card
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References
