Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Traffic Marshall to assist on a civils project in Addingham, West Yorkshire. The role involves directing plant, controlling vehicle movements, and managing public interface areas on a busy live site. This is on behalf of a respected contractor delivering technical civil engineering and infrastructure works across the UK. Known for their specialist expertise, strong safety culture, and consistent delivery on complex schemes, they are a trusted partner on major tunnelling and civils projects.
Duties Will Include:

Directing plant and HGV movements safely

Managing public and site traffic flow

Maintaining safe access routes and exclusion zones

Communicating with machine operators and site management

Supporting general site safety where required
Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman Ticket

CSCS Card

Experience directing plant on busy civils sites

Strong communication and safety awareness
