Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Site Supervisor to work on a project in Marchwood, Hampshire.
This role is on behalf of a specialist ground engineering and infrastructure support contractor delivering soil stabilisation, ground improvement, and remediation works across the UK. The company is well regarded for its technical expertise in specialist civils packages, strong safety culture, and ability to deliver complex groundwork solutions on major infrastructure schemes.
You will be responsible for supervising soil stabilisation works on site while also managing the associated paperwork and site administration independently.
Duties Will Include:
- Supervising soil stabilisation and ground improvement works
- Overseeing operatives, plant, and subcontractors on site
- Managing daily paperwork, permits, and site records
- Completing reports, site diaries, and health & safety documentation
- Ensuring works are carried out to programme and specification
- Liaising with site management and client representatives
- Maintaining site compliance and quality standards
- Working independently and being trusted to manage site administration
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
