Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Site Supervisor for a civils project in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role is with a respected contractor delivering major infrastructure and groundworks schemes across the UK. Known for their strong safety culture, technical expertise, and ability to deliver on complex projects, they are a trusted name in civil engineering.
Duties Will Include:

Supervising gangs on a civils project

Ensuring RAMS and method statements are adhered to on site

Coordinating labour, plant, and materials effectively
-
Maintaining health and safety compliance across all site activities

Reporting progress to site management and liaising with engineers

Supporting the team with problem-solving and quality assurance
Requirements:

Valid NVQ Level 3 Gold Supervisor Card

In-date Safety Critical Medical
-
Asbestos Awareness & Manual Handling training
-
Previous experience supervising civils/groundworks gangs
-
Strong understanding of health and safety compliance on site
