Foundation Personnel are currently looking on behalf of a Tier 2 Contractor for a Site Supervisor with groundworks/civils background for Sizewell C project in Leiston, Suffolk.

This role is on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure and groundworks schemes, recognised for their structured management approach and commitment to safety.

You will be acting as a blue hat supervisor, overseeing day-to-day site activities and managing multiple gangs across drainage, ducting, and muck away operations.

Duties Will Include:

• Supervising 2–3 civils gangs on site

• Overseeing drainage, ducting, and muck away works

• Ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme

• Daily coordination with site management and operatives

• Conducting toolbox talks and task briefings

• Monitoring health & safety compliance across all activities

• Assisting with planning and sequencing of works

Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS

• Proven civils and groundworks supervisory experience

• Blue Sizewell Pass 

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple work fronts efficiently

• High level of health & safety awareness
