Location: Bristol
Project: District Heating – Heavy Civils
Shift Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Duration: 7 months
Salary / Pay Rate: £320/d

Key Responsibilities
-
Manage and coordinate up to 5 gangs on site

Oversee drainage, pipelaying, and heavy civils works
-
Run day-to-day site operations on a live district heating scheme
-
Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to quality standards

Lead on RAMS, permits, and site compliance
-
Liaise closely with project teams and subcontractors
Qualifications & Experience
-
Proven experience as a Site Manager on heavy civils projects
-
Solid understanding of drainage and pipelaying operations
-
Working knowledge of Temporary Works principles
-
Confident managing multiple work fronts and teams
