Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a SIA Licensed Gate Person for an upcoming opportunity on a construction project in Glasgow, Lanarkshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK construction logistics and plant solutions provider that supports major infrastructure, civil engineering, and energy projects across the country. The organisation is known for its strong focus on site safety, security management, and maintaining well-organised site access control on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for controlling site access and ensuring the safety and security of personnel, plant, and materials.
Duties Will Include:

Managing site gate access and entry control

Checking CSCS cards and verifying site personnel

Logging visitors, deliveries, and vehicle movements

Directing deliveries and coordinating with site teams

Protecting site personnel, plant, and materials from theft or unauthorised access

Monitoring CCTV systems where required

Conducting site patrols when necessary

Supporting site emergency procedures and security protocols

Maintaining strict health & safety and security standards
