Foundation Personnel are looking for a Ride-on Roller Operator for an earthworks project in Southampton. The role involves operating a Ride-on Roller for compaction and finishing tasks on large-scale earthworks.
Key Requirements:

Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS) Card (Essential)

Previous experience operating a Ride-on Roller

SC Medical (Safety Critical Medical)

Strong understanding of earthworks and compaction techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:

Operating the Ride-on Roller to compact materials in line with project specifications

Ensuring the correct compaction levels are achieved and adjusting as necessary

Adhering to all site safety protocols

Performing pre-operation checks and maintaining the equipment in good working order
