Position: Pipe Layer
Location: Basingstoke
Project: Industrial Project 
Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Duration: 16 Weeks
Pay Rate: £230.00 Per Day
Foundation Personnel is seeking a skilled Pipe Layer to join a drainage gang on an industrial units project in Basingstoke. This role involves working with drainage up to 2.5m deep, requiring precision and attention to safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of drainage pipes to specified depths and grades (up to 2.5m)
• Preparing and leveling trenches for proper pipe installation
• Laying pipes, ensuring correct alignment and seal to prevent leaks
• Assisting with backfilling and compacting soil around installed pipes
• Regularly inspecting pipe installations to maintain quality standards
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, particularly with confined spaces

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Confined Spaces Certification
• Proven experience in pipe laying within civil construction or similar projects
