Groundworker
Position: 3-Man Groundworks Gang (1 x 360 Operator, 2 x Groundworkers)
Location: Coleshill, Birmingham
Scope: Front-End Groundworks – Commercial Build
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: Groundworker- £21 PH and 360- £22 PH
Tickets Required:

CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator (above & below 10T)

Dumper & Roller (within gang)

Confined Spaces (beneficial)

Willingness to complete BPSS clearance
Foundation personnel are looking for, 3-man gang for ongoing groundworks on a new commercial development in Coleshill. The gang will be responsible for a variety of front-end tasks including deep drainage, trench box operations, foundations, and general groundwork duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Installing deep drainage (average depth of 2m)

Operating within trench boxes where required

Foundation prep and pour
-
General groundworks including ducting, kerbing, and grading

Safe and efficient operation of plant within the team (360, Dumper & Roller)

Supporting site progression in coordination with engineers and supervisors
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (above & below 10T)

At least one operative in gang to hold valid Dumper & Roller tickets

Confined Spaces certification (preferred)

Willingness to complete BPSS security clearance (mandatory)

Proven track record in similar commercial groundwork environments

Strong communication and teamwork skills
