Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Foreman to work on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering large-scale highways and infrastructure schemes across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on complex structural packages.
You will be responsible for running the site team and overseeing structural works including pile caps and culvert construction.
Duties Will Include:

Supervising site operatives and subcontractors

Overseeing structural works including pile caps and culverts

Coordinating daily activities and allocating tasks

Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme

Conducting briefings and toolbox talks

Monitoring quality control and compliance with drawings

Liaising with site management and engineers

Maintaining high health & safety standards
