Position: Site Foreman
Location: Cambridgeshire based company (Must be happy to travel)
Projects: Earthworks, Civils, Construction
Hours: 7AM to 5:30PM
Duration: This is a permanent role
Salary or Pay Rate: £45,000 to £50,000 (Experience Dependent)

Foundation Personnel currently seeking an all-round, highly experienced Site Manager with a strong background across Earthworks, Civils, and General Construction. This is a key role for an individual who can confidently oversee complex site operations, manage teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects to programme and quality standards.
? Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site activities across earthworks, civils, and construction disciplines

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
-
Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
-
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with H&S
-
Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers
-
Maintain site diaries, RAMS, permits and project documentation
-
Drive quality, efficiency, and strong site standards
? Essential Experience
-
Proven track record as a Site Manager on Earthworks, Civils and Construction projects

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse site teams
-
Experience working on medium–large scale projects
? Required Qualifications

SMSTS (essential)
-
CSCS Manager’s Card
-
First Aid at Work
-
Health & Safety knowledge (NEBOSH qualification advantageous)

Full UK Driving Licence
