Salary or Pay Rate: £25 PH ( Travel & Lodge provided where necessary)
Requirements: CPCS or NPORS With CSCS Logo
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting an experienced GPS Dozer Operator to work on major earthworks projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is happy to travel and wants consistent work on well-run sites using modern, GPS-equipped machinery.
The Role
You will be operating GPS-controlled dozers on large-scale earthworks schemes, delivering high-accuracy cut and fill operations to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities

Operating GPS-controlled dozers (Topcon / Trimble or similar)

Bulk earthworks, trimming, levelling and profiling

Working from digital models and site plans

Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance

Working closely with site engineers and supervisors to achieve programme targets
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship
- Willing to travel across the Country & Northern Areas
Essential Experience

Proven experience operating GPS dozers on earthworks projects

Confident working independently using GPS systems without constant supervision

Strong understanding of earthworks tolerances and site levels

Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
Tickets & Requirements

NPORS Dozer ticket (with GPS endorsement preferred)

CPCS / NPORS

Full UK driving licence
