Salary: £20.53 Per Hour

We are seeking an experienced CCDO Site Supervisor for a demolition project in Birmingham, West Midlands. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual to oversee site activities, ensuring safety and efficiency while managing the team and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising all aspects of the demolition works.
- Coordinating with site teams to maintain project timelines and objectives.
- Overseeing the safe operation of skid steers and other plant equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Managing the use of powered access equipment in accordance with IPAF regulations.
- Conducting site inspections and reporting progress to project managers.
- Assisting in problem-solving and resolving site challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid CCDO Blue Card for site supervision.
- Skid Steer Ticket and proficiency in operating equipment.
- IPAF Certification for safe use of powered access platforms.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in demolition or similar roles.
- Good communication and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
