Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- CPCS Blue Card or NPORS (with CSCS Hologram) (Essential)
- Safety Critical Medical (Essential)
- Minimum 18 months experience (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Agricultural Tractor Operator to work on a project in Corby, Northamptonshire.
This role is on behalf of a specialist earthworks and civil engineering contractor delivering bulk earthmoving, remediation, and infrastructure support services across the UK. The company is well known for its expertise in large-scale groundworks projects, modern plant fleet, and strong focus on safety, efficiency, and high-quality delivery.
You will be responsible for operating a tractor and bowser on site, supporting earthworks operations and ensuring materials and water are distributed effectively.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating an agricultural tractor with bowser for site operations
- Supporting earthworks activities including dust suppression and water distribution
- Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of plant equipment
- Working closely with site supervisors and groundworkers
- Assisting with general site duties when required
- Ensuring safe operation of machinery at all times
- Supporting overall site productivity and workflow
- Following site health & safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
