Position: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon, UK
Salary: £22.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30-17:00, Overtime available
Type: Temporary Employment, up to 2 years work
Requirements: CPCS or NPORS (CSCS logo), Safety Critical Medical, Must be able to pass BPSS check
Foundation Personnel are seeking 360 Excavator Operators to be part of a civils gang for a project in Newton Abbot, Devon. The client is a reputable civil engineering contractor known for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across various sectors. The successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of civil works, including excavation and groundwork operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 360 excavator for various civil works such as trenching, grading, and excavation.
- Work collaboratively within a civils gang to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to project specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the machinery.
- Follow instructions from the site supervisor and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Complete necessary documentation and reports as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) card is essential.
- Experience working as a 360 Excavator Operator in civil engineering projects.
- Safety Critical Medical is required.
- Must be able to pass a BPSS check.
- Strong understanding of civil works and excavation processes.
- Must be able to provide 2 references.
