Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a 360 Excavator Operator for earthworks on a major civils project in Swindon. This role is on behalf of a well-established earthworks and civil engineering contractor known for delivering large-scale bulk earthworks and infrastructure schemes across the UK, with a strong emphasis on safety, productivity, and quality.

You will be working on cut and fill operations, trimming, muck shifting, and general earthworks activities within a well-organised site team.

Duties Will Include:

• Operating a 360 excavator on earthworks duties

• Bulk excavation, trimming, and muck shifting

• Working alongside dozers, dumpers, and rollers

• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

• Supporting the wider earthworks team when required

Requirements:

• Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS logo)

• In-date Safety Critical Medical

• Proven experience on large-scale earthworks projects

• Strong understanding of safe plant operations

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
