Position: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Duration: Temporary, potentially ongoing
Rate: £22 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 18:00
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- CPCS Blue Card (Essential)
- Lifting Ops (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local 360 Excavator Operator to work on a project in Oxford, Oxfordshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for carrying out grading, groundworks, digging, and dig-and-fill operations using a 360 excavator.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a 360 excavator for grading and excavation works
- Carrying out groundworks, trenching, and dig-and-fill activities
- Lifting operations in line with site plans and safety procedures
- Ensuring excavation levels and finishes meet specification
- Working closely with site supervisors and groundworks gangs
- Carrying out daily plant checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
- Supporting general site duties where required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
