Position: Burner (CCDO)
Location: Norwich
Project: British sugar
Hours: 7AM to 5:30PM
Duration: 1 Week (Potentially go on longer)
Salary or Pay Rate: £20 PH
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced CCDO Operative to join our growing team on demolition and site clearance project in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with proven demolition experience who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out demolition and soft strip activities.
- Assisting with site clearance and material segregation.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Working in accordance with site RAMS and health & safety procedures.
- Assisting plant operators and supervisors as required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following all client and site-specific regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CCDO Card (Demolition Operative or above).
- Previous demolition experience.
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
- CSCS Health & Safety Environment Test.
- Full PPE.
- Good understanding of demolition site safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CCDO Burner Qualification.
- CAT & Genny Training.
- Face Fit Certificate.
- First Aid at Work.
- PASMA or IPAF.
- Confined Space Training.
- CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References.
