Banksman – Plant
Position: Banksman / Plant and Vehicle marshall
Location: Boughton / King’s Lynn
Project: Utilities / Water Civils
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Duration: 4–5 Months
Salary or Pay Rate: DOE
Requirements:
- CPCS/NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshall
- CSCS Card
- CAT & Genny – beneficial
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- SHEA Water – beneficial
- Anglian Water Passport – beneficial
- Full Orange PPE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on civils or water projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Marshalling 8T–14T excavators and site vehicles
- Assisting with safe movement of plant and deliveries on site
- Supporting excavation and lifting activities
- Carrying out general site duties as required
- Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working on utilities or water civils projects preferred
- Strong understanding of site safety and exclusion zones
- Ability to communicate effectively with plant operators and ground teams
- Reliable and proactive attitude essential
