Pay Rate: £26.50 Per Hour
Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS

About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Road Drainage Gang for ongoing works on major infrastructure and highways projects.
We are seeking experienced and reliable operatives for the following positions:
- 2x 360 Excavator Operator – CPCS/NPORS with Lifting Ops
- Pipelayer – Confined Space ticket preferred (bonus)
- Groundworker – Dumper & Roller tickets required
- Topman – Slinger/Signaller ticket required
Successful candidates must have:
- Proven experience in road drainage/deep drainage works
- Relevant valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS qualifications
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a drainage gang
- Full PPE and a strong work ethic
Duties will include:
- Installation of drainage systems and pipework
- Excavation and trench support works
- Working around live services and plant
- Manhole construction and reinstatement
- Assisting with all aspects of groundworks and drainage operations
Competitive rates of pay available depending on experience and qualifications.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
