Groundworker
Position: Groundworker
Location: Cotton, Stowmarket
Project: Anglian Water Cotton WRC
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00
Duration: 24 Weeks
Salary or Pay Rate: Competitive – DOE
Requirements:
- CSCS
- CPCS or NPORS Dumper/Roller
- Full orange PPE
Beneficial:
- Anglian Water @one / SPA Passport
Key Responsibilities:
- Push fit and flanged ductile pipe installation up to 250mm diameter
- Installation of ducting and draw pits
- RC formwork up to 300mm thick
- Mesh steel install and concrete pours
- RC road preparation
- Supporting plant operations and general groundworks duties
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on civils or utilities projects
- Experience working on water or infrastructure sites beneficial
- Good understanding of safe excavation and groundworks practices
