Rig Attendant / Piling Experience (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Rig Attendant to work on a piling project initially in Port Talbot before moving onto a second phase in Acton.
This role is on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor delivering complex piling, ground engineering, and foundation packages across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on technically demanding groundwork schemes.
You will be responsible for supporting the piling rig operations, assisting the machine crew, and ensuring materials and equipment are managed safely and efficiently on site.
Duties Will Include:
Assisting with piling rig operations on site
Supporting the machine operator and piling team
Managing hoses, tools, and associated equipment
General labouring and site support duties around the rig
Maintaining safe working zones during piling activities
Following all site health & safety procedures
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hazard free

Position: Rig Attendant
Location: Port Talbot / Acton
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1–2 Weeks in Port Talbot, followed by 6–7 Weeks in Acton
Rate: £20 per hour
Hours: 07:00 – 17:30 (subject to site requirements)
