Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (subject to site requirements)

CPCS / NPORS Crawler Crane Ticket (Essential)
BBV Induction (Essential)
Safety Critical Medical (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Crawler Crane Operator to work on a construction project in Coventry.
This role is on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record on complex lifting operations.
You will be responsible for operating a crawler crane to safely lift and move heavy materials across the site while supporting the wider construction team.
Duties Will Include:
Operating a crawler crane safely and efficiently
Lifting steel beams, concrete panels, and other large loads
Following lift plans and instructions from the appointed person
Working closely with slingers and the site team
Carrying out daily machine checks
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
Keeping work areas organised and safe
