Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Cleaning Labourer for an upcoming project starting in May in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK infrastructure and civil engineering contractor delivering highways, regional civils, and infrastructure projects across the country. The company is well known for its strong presence on major and regional schemes, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.
You will be responsible for carrying out a combination of general labouring and welfare cleaning duties, ensuring site facilities remain clean, safe, and fully maintained for all operatives.
Duties Will Include:
- General labouring duties across site
- Cleaning and maintaining welfare facilities including toilets, canteens, and drying rooms
- Ensuring communal areas are clean, hygienic, and presentable
- Restocking welfare consumables and cleaning supplies
- Removing waste and keeping welfare areas tidy
- Supporting site teams with general labouring duties when required
- Assisting with site setup and maintenance tasks
- Following all site health & safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
