Rate: £TBC per hour
Hours: 07:00 – 18:00

Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- CSCS Card – Blue (Essential)
- Safety Critical Medical (May be required – to be confirmed)
- MSite Card (Preferred, not essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Groundworker for an upcoming project starting in April in Beccles, Norfolk.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK infrastructure and civil engineering contractor delivering highways, regional civils, and infrastructure projects across the country. The company is well known for its strong presence on major and regional schemes, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of groundwork duties, supporting site operations and ensuring works are completed to specification.
Duties Will Include:
- Site preparation and general groundwork activities
- Drainage installation and maintenance
- Concreting, kerbing, and paving works
- Working on foundations, trenches, and underground services
- Ensuring correct levelling and compaction of materials
- Reading and following site drawings and instructions
- Working as part of a gang to deliver project requirements
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
