Site Engineer
Position: Site Engineer
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire (East side)
Project: Humus Settlement Tank
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Duration: Until July (with potential for ongoing work for the right candidate)
Salary or Pay Rate: £320 – £350 DOE and tickets hold
Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS (Beneficial)
- Temporary Works Supervisor (Beneficial)
- First Aid at Work (Beneficial) (Beneficial)
- Strong civils / infrastructure background (ideally water / wastewater)
- Ability to programme and manage own workload
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and overseeing civils works on site
- Carrying out QA checks and ensuring works meet specification
- Undertaking material take-offs and placing orders
- Supporting the Site Manager and General Foreman with planning and coordination
- Mentoring junior staff where required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils projects
- Experience working on tanks, pipelines, or similar infrastructure preferred
- Strong understanding of site documentation and QA processes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a site team
