Position: 360 Operator (Breaker Attachment)

Hours: 7:30 to 5:30PM
Duration: 3 Weeks
Salary or Pay Rate: £21 PH
Requirements: CPCS or NPORS w / CSCS Hologram
Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to operate a 20T machine fitted with a hydraulic breaker attachment. The role involves breaking out concrete and heavy materials as part of ongoing construction works on a busy site.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a 20T 360 Excavator with hydraulic breaker attachment

Breaking out concrete slabs, foundations, and hardstanding safely and efficiently

Working closely with groundworkers and site supervisors

Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance

Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
-
Valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) – 360 Excavator above 10T

Proven experience using breaker attachments on excavators

Previous experience breaking concrete / demolition works

Strong awareness of site safety and working around other trades

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working References
