Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a 360 Excavator Operator to work as part of a drainage gang on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

This role is on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering large-scale highways and infrastructure works across the UK. The project is known for its high standards of safety, quality workmanship, and structured site operations.

You will be working on deep drainage works, installing large-diameter concrete pipes as part of a coordinated drainage gang.

Duties Will Include:

• Operating a 360 excavator within a drainage gang

• Assisting with installation of 1200mm diameter concrete pipes

• Excavation for drainage runs (2–3m average depth, up to 7m deepest)

• Carrying out lifting operations in line with lift plans

• Working closely with pipelayers, slingers, and supervisors

• Supporting trench preparation, backfilling, and surrounding works

• Completing daily machine checks and defect reporting

• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Blue CPCS 360 Excavator

• EKFB Induction

• Lifting Operations endorsement

• In-date Safety Critical Medical

• Proven experience working on deep drainage projects

• Confident operating around large concrete pipes

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a gang
