Foundation Personnel are currently looking for Pipe Layers to work within a drainage gang in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The role involves major drainage works installing 1200mm diameter concrete pipes, with average depths of 2–3 metres and sections reaching up to 7 metres. This position is on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK, recognised for their strong safety culture and high-quality delivery.
This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience in deep drainage and working safely within trench support systems.
Duties Will Include:

Installing large diameter concrete drainage pipes (1200mm)

Working in deep excavations up to 7m

Assisting with trench box and manhole installations

Supporting the drainage gang with general civils duties

Working closely with plant operators and supervisors

Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
Requirements:

Valid EKFB Induction

Dumper / Roller ticket
-
In-date Safety Critical Medical

Proven experience in deep drainage and pipelaying

Ability to work as part of a drainage gang on heavy civils projects

Strong understanding of safe working practices in deep excavations
