Position: Road Sweeper Operator
Location: Grays, Essex
Duration: Long term work (Multi Year Assignment)
Tickets Required:
- Blue CSCS Road Sweeper Card, or a Green CSCS Card with previous sweeper experience (training can be provided to upgrade to a Blue Card).

Driver CPC Card (Essential)

Digital Tachograph Card (Essential)

Safety Critical Medical (Essential – or willingness to complete one)

Highways Passport (Desirable but not essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Road Sweeper Operators in Grays. The role involves operating road sweepers to maintain safe, clean site access roads and surrounding areas. This position is on behalf of a leading contractor known for delivering major infrastructure and highways projects across the UK, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Duties Will Include:

Operating road sweepers in and around construction zones and highways

Maintaining clear and safe access routes on live civil engineering sites

Conducting daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance

Following all site safety procedures and traffic management plans

Supporting site teams to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year road sweeping driving experience

Previous experience operating road sweepers (Essential)

Highways or construction site experience preferred
-
Strong understanding of health & safety on active sites
-
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
