Job Description

Foundation Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a major tunnelling contractor for an experienced Tunnelling Supervisor to join their team, working on projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in high-profile tunnelling and infrastructure works, supporting the delivery of complex and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise tunnelling works on site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met

  • Coordinate operatives, plant, and materials to maintain progress in line with the programme

  • Liaise with site management and engineering teams to deliver efficient operations

  • Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Supervisor within the tunnelling sector

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures

  • Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively

  • Relevant tickets/qualifications (e.g. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, Lift Supervisor) preferred
