Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (9 Hours Paid)

Role Overview:
Foundation Personnel is seeking an experienced plant vehicle marshall to support operations on a busy construction site in WISBECH. This role is essential to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and machinery, supporting a reputable contractor involved in diverse construction and engineering projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct and guide vehicle movements safely in and around the site.

Bank telescopic handlers and other machinery during operation.

Assist with general site duties, including moving pipework and supporting various trades.

Ensure site routes are safe and accessible for both workers and pedestrians.

Coordinate closely with the site team to maintain safe traffic flow and meet project timelines.
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or
NPORS card with CSCS logo plant vehicle marshall -
Demonstrated experience in banking machinery and general site labour.

Strong understanding of site safety protocols.

Ability to work cooperatively with the wider site team.
