Rate: £24.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 18:00, potential to go to 12h a day

Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a Wheeled 360 Excavator Operator (Rubber Duck) for a large-scale civil engineering project in Coleshill, West Midlands. The role involves operating 9T–18T wheeled excavators to carry out digging, grading, and general groundworks operations on a busy infrastructure site.
This opportunity is with a respected Tier 1 contractor delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. Known for its commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability, the company plays a key role in shaping the UK’s transport and construction landscape through its innovation and engineering expertise.
Duties Will Include:

Operating a wheeled 360 excavator safely and efficiently across site

Digging, grading, and earthworks in line with engineering plans

Working on road construction and improvements (tidy up existing roads / new roads)

Supporting deep excavation and drainage operations

Creating platforms for materials and site access

Assisting with general civils operations when required

Conducting daily checks and reporting defects promptly
Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS for 360 Excavator (Above 10T Wheeled)

Lifting Operations qualification

In-date Safety Critical Medical
-
Experience with road formation, civils, and deep excavation

Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
-
Ability to work as part of a team on a busy infrastructure site
