Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a 360 Excavator Operator with lifting ops to join a civils team on a water treatment site in Worcester, Worcestershire. The role involves service works and lifting operations, and requires someone with at least 10 years’ proven experience in excavation and lifting within complex civils environments. This is on behalf of a leading contractor delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. Known for their technical capability, professionalism, and high safety standards, they are trusted to deliver challenging water and infrastructure schemes nationwide.
Duties Will Include:

Operating a 360 excavator with lifting ops on a water treatment site

Carrying out lifting operations safely and efficiently

Supporting services installation works
-
Conducting daily pre-start checks and machine defect reporting

Assisting with groundwork when required

Maintaining a strong commitment to health & safety on site
Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo

In-date Safety Critical Medical
-
Lifting Operations qualification & proven lifting experience

EUSR Water Hygiene (beneficial)
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in services and civils excavation

Strong safety awareness and ability to work well in a team
