Position: 360 Excavator Operator (Lifting Ops)
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £22.50 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (9h paid)

Foundation Personnel are currently looking for a 360 Excavator Operator for a civils project in Avonmouth, Bristol, working on behalf of a respected groundworks and civil engineering contractor. The company is well-established in delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments nationwide, known for their high safety standards and commitment to quality.
Duties Will Include:

Operating a 360 Excavator (13T or 30T) for lifting and civils work

Supporting drainage, muck shift, foundations, and road formation works
-
Installing manholes and operating drag boxes
-
Completing pre-start checks and reporting any defects
-
Assisting the site team when required

Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
-
Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) – Lifting Ops

Proven experience in drainage, foundations, and road construction
-
Ability to work safely around lifting operations and heavy plant
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills
