Position: Project Manager (3 Positions Available)
Location:
- Role 1: Canvey Island – RC Frame/Flood Defence
- Role 2: Calvert – RC Frames/Bridges
- Role 3: Isle of Grain – RC Frame/Drainage/Heavy Civils
Project: Civils/Infrastructure/Structural Construction
Hours: Full-time
Duration: Permanent
Salary or Pay Rate: £70,000 -£90,0000 (Dependant On EXP)
Requirements
- CSCS Black or Gold Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Temporary Works Coordinator certification (beneficial)
- NEBOSH Certificate (beneficial)
- NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Management (beneficial)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the civils/infrastructure/structural sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery for the assigned site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Monitor and control budgets and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and project-specific requirements.
- Implement and review Temporary Works designs as applicable.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in project management within civils/infrastructure/structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of RC frames, drainage, bridges, and heavy civils work (specific to the assigned site).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
